General Information

We use your information in the normal operation of our business. We will not use your contact data to send you general marketing information.  This will only be sent to you if you specifically sign up to our marketing mailing list.  In general, we use your information to:

  • Update you on changes or progress with your account and/or order
  • Administer deliveries and/or communicate information regarding goods you have purchased.
  • Analyse data regarding our sales or access to our website
  • Improve our customer service and product offering
  • Transfer of Information

We only transfer your data to third-parties in the following instances:

  • To courier/postal agencies to arrange safe delivery of your products
  • To our suppliers (within the EU).  This only occurs where our suppliers are delivering direct to your address, rather than via our warehouse.
  • Where we are offering products as part of an affiliate arrangement with selected partners.  These partners will all comply with the GDPR regulations and access to their Privacy Policy will be available via their website.
  • How do we keep your information safe?

We are fully committed to keeping your information safe and secure. With this in mind we do not keep any information in paper-format (we are a paper-free office … of course). Our electronic records are all protected using the most up to date advice from security guidance. We use a secure certificate to encrypt all of your personal data when it is sent to and from the internet. This means that information you to send to us can only be seen by us and vice versa.
